Shipping & Returns
Our canvases are custom made by hand in the United States and printed on demand. This means that we begin production of your product once we receive your order. As a result, we take 3 business days to assemble your canvas before we ship. This leads to a little longer waiting period. We promise you it's worth it.
United States Shipping Policy
Orders shipped to addresses in the United States arrive in 8-10 business days from the date the order is placed. Tracking information is available.
International Shipping Policy
Orders shipping to addresses outside of the United States arrive in 7-17 business days from the date the order is placed. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes, if applicable.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you don't receive a piece of artwork that you love, you are free to return your product to us, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of your order.
To return your product, please mail your canvas to: 4 Davidson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, m1k1c3. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
