How durable will my canvas be?

We only use premium quality materials in our canvases. Our canvas, ink, and coatings are formulated to work together to provide the highest quality, longest lasting product available. We have our own in-house UV test chamber and continually test our materials to ensure that the color will stand the test of time. We guarantee: our canvases will last as long or longer than any other canvas prints available.

How do I clean my canvas?

If your canvas collects any dust, wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth. We do not recommend using any cleaners on the finished product.

How do I hang my canvas?

Our canvases arrive with pre-installed sawtooth hanging hardware, making them ready to hang out of the box.

Are your canvases presented in inches or centimeters?

All our products are presented in inches.

When will I receive my artwork?

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States arrive in 8-10 business days. Orders shipping to addresses outside of the United States arrive in 7-17 business days.

How do I get my tracking number?

We will send you an email with your tracking number once we ship out your order. If you don't receive your tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Can I change my order?

All of our products are custom made and printed on demand. This means that once you place your order, we immediately begin production and your order cannot be canceled or changed.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality artwork. Therefore, you are free to return your product to us, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of your order.

To return your product, please mail your product to: 4 Davidson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, m1k1c3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
